Best For Kids
A community legal education initiative of Legal Aid NSW. Legal Aid has developed the Best for Kids website for young people and their families. The site contains videos and information for young people on a range of legal topics and for adults on family law issues.
Family Relationships Online
An Australian Government website with information about services that can assist families manage relationship issues, including making arrangements for children after parents separate.
Parents Beyond Breakup
A charity that supports parents experiencing trauma related to family breakdown and separation. Their website includes a separation checklist and contacts for support groups.
Raising Children
Funded by the Australian Government the Raising Children website provides free, reliable, up-to-date and independent information including advice on "Parenting after separation or divorce".

Children's Court New South Wales
The Children’s Court NSW deals with cases including the care and protection of children and young people under 18 years of age, applications for Apprehended Violence Orders where the defendant is under 18 years of age and applications for Compulsory Schooling Orders. The website contains information about the Court and support services available.
Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
The Court with jurisdiction over family law matters in Australia except in Western Australia which maintains a separate family court. It also has jurisdiction over matters broadly relating to family law and child support, administrative law, admiralty law, bankruptcy, copyright, human rights, industrial law, migration, privacy and trade practices.

OzChild
OzChild supports at risk young people and offers functional family therapy to families who are/have been going through separation. They work with the whole family, if safe to do so. It is a government funded program meaning no costs to families and any one can refer- organisations/schools/psychologists/self referral all welcomed.
Relationships Australia
Located in Gosford, Relationships Australia offer marriage and family counselling mental health services, Group Workshops and a Children’s Contact Service.
Uniting
Services available include: mediation (Family Dispute Resolution), practical assistance in reaching post-separation parenting and property agreements including parenting plans, individual, couple and family counselling, and groups supporting children and youth through the difficulties of separation.
Yamurrah
Yamurrah is a collective of First Nations clinicians, educators, academics, consultants, who specialise in professional development, supervision, therapy, training, project consultancy and research. They provide individual, couples and family counselling and can run groups with children and adolescents, families and communities. A significant proportion of their counselling services are offered pro bono or with a medicare rebate.
